The Space:
We're thrilled to have you here! Our property is a brand new home featuring two bedrooms and three full bathrooms and with one half bath. Available with convenient free parking for 2-3 cars (no trailers) is available right at your doorstep, and you might have occasional wildlife visitors as your only neighbors. Walk up a few steps to your front door secured with coded access.
Enter the house greeted by the spacious living room with high ceilings, 2 giant sofas, large smart TV, and an electric fireplace for some well deserved rest and relaxation. Connected is a seating area for enjoying meals and a modern kitchen with everything you need for cooking a morning breakfast before hitting the mountains or a late night snack outside by the fire. Speaking of, when you leave the kitchen area you will walk out into our deck with a propane firepit if you don't want to "get Smoky" in that way. We also have a quaint outdoor seating area for enjoying each others company with the backdrop of the mountains.
There are two bedrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs. Each of them equipped with SmartTVs and with their own beautiful bathrooms with wonderful showers and modern vanities.
And finally, walk down to the basement level that leads to a really cool lounge area complete with a large smart TV and sectional sofa. The basement also connects to the indoor pool room!
And lastly, head outside to the lower deck area that leads to the hot tub and the stairs leading down to the fire pit! The hot tub deck also has hanging egg chairs which are perfect for sneaking away for a morning coffee with a book or an evening glass of wine for a nightcap with a fellow traveler.
